Refunds & Return Policy
Due to the nature of our business, the majority of garments are personalised specifically for you, our customer. It is essential that you take care to make sure the size of garment you are ordering is correct. We have clear size guides to help in this process. We do not accept Returns simply because the wrong size has been chosen.
If the garment or personalisation is faulty, then please contact us and follow our Returns procedure.
To return a product:
You must contact us before making a return. Please be sure to let us know in your email the date of your purchase, what you would like to return and why you want to return it.
if you’re looking to return or exchange your order for whatever reason, we’re here to help! We offer free returns within 30 days of purchase. You can return your product for a credit, a different product, or a refund to the original payment method.
Please note the following exceptions to our return and refund policy:
- Personalised items cannot be returned or exchanged unless faulty.
- Discounted items are final and cannot be returned or exchanged
- Returned items must have tags still on and be returned in original packaging.
- Returned items must have no visible signs of wear or use
To initiate a return, please complete the following steps:
- Reply to your order confirmation email to request which products you would like to return
- Print the prepaid return shipping label that you will receive by email
- We will reply and if appropriate agree the Return.
Write your Invoice Number and Name clearly on the package
